 The DiRoNA Award is the only award in North America which results from an independent and anonymous restaurant inspection.
Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRoNA) is a non-profit organization sponsored by companies interested in culinary and hospitality excellence. Its mission is to preserve and promote fine dining through out the United States, Canada and Mexico.
To qualify for the DiRoNA Award a restaurant must be in business under the same ownership for at least three years and pass a rigorous evaluation conducted anonymously by specially trained, independent inspectors. The inspection emphasizes the quality of food and its sentation. The process examines the total dining experience from reservations to departure.
